Why our rigs do not need individual approval

Our Polish partner issues a complementary EU CoC under regulation (EU) 2018/858 for every delivered rig. This means the rig is EC-type-approved on arrival in Sweden — only identification at a Swedish inspection company is required. For you as a customer: 6–8 weeks of delivery time instead of the 12–16 weeks that individual approval at the Swedish Transport Agency + RISE otherwise entails. Lower cost. Fewer surprises.

Warranty and complaints

Every rig is sold with a two-year manufacturer warranty and a three-year complaint right under the Swedish Consumer Sales Act (KKL 2022:260). During the first two years, the reverse burden of proof applies — defects that appear are presumed to have existed at delivery unless we prove otherwise. Warranty repairs are performed at our workshop in Örebro or, for major issues, at the Polish factory with freight at our cost.

    Walk-through of the rig in Örebro, final payment, keys in hand.
